James Gough

James (Jim) Gough is a Distinguished Engineer and API Platform Lead Architect at Morgan Stanley, focused on API strategy, security, and developer experience. A Java Champion, he has contributed to the Java Community Process (including JSR-310) and co-authored the O'Reilly books "Optimizing Java," "Mastering API Architecture," and "Optimizing Cloud Native Java." He is a member of the London Java Community and leads open-source initiatives including FINOS Architecture as Code.
