Three years after her abduction and torture in a remote cabin, Anna Matthews is finally being released from the psychiatric hospital that helped her piece together what little remains of her life. She’s ready – or so she thinks – to move on. But the nightmare won’t let go so easily. Plagued by vivid flashbacks and haunted by the faces of her tormentors – faces she knows are dead – Anna begins to question her grip on reality.
