Description
On his own, Gar Logan, a.k.a. Beast Boy, tries to resurrect his acting career in Hollywood, only to find himself framed for a crime he didn't commit. Then, Gar is suddenly normal, but all of the children of San Francisco start exhibiting his abilities and their parents are not too happy about it.
