Help I'm 35 and only have interest in playing like three games lol

Basically my go-to now days since it runs better on PS5 than my aging gaming PC. The game is in a much better place than when I last played several years ago and hasn't fully jumped the shark like mobile or Fortnite.

I binge this one and then don't touch it for like a year at a time. It's about to release on PS5 so I think it's time to pick it back up soon.
Counter-Strike 23B+

Don't really play this as much anymore since talking to sweaty 23-year-old racists is more exhausting these days. Like I can only call someone a -sucking idiot so many times before it feels a bit Sisyphean. Also my wifi has gone to which makes it much less fun.

I wish I could help you, but I play only 3 games, as well... I'm still playing Cyberpunk 6 years later...

Nice! I should revisit that one. I bought it right off the bat when it was still broken for the Xbox One and just gave up on it after maybe like 10 hours. But it seems like it's really improved since and would probably be sweet on the PS5.

I play on PC, and I think that has made it easier to deal with all the garbage that was going on with it. The base game is fantastic, but the DLC Phantom Liberty is worth every damn penny

I'll have to check it out! I'm waiting for Valheim to expand to PS5 to see if my wife wants to pick it back up. She'll play games occasionally to humor me and we have some friends who will start new runs every now and then.

Wife and I just finished both It Takes Two and Split Fiction. Split Fiction shockingly blew me away.

Hell yeah It Takes Two was phenomenal and we still need to finish Split Fiction. Have you guys played A Way Out? That was another one we really liked. And a bit older, but Until Dawn is also worth a playthrough. The Quarry was good too but more cinematic and less life-or-death.

I really didn't enjoy A Way Out. I don't know why, because it hits every beat. I think the pacing wasn't what I was looking for. I dunno

My wife and I just finished Split Fiction as well. Both games are good fun

My friends all love friendslop but I haven't really checked out many games since my 2020 gaming pc is slowing down and upgrades are all so expensive now days.

I'm in my 30s too and have largely relegated myself to friendslop games, rouge-likes, etc over the last few years. Just because they're easy to pick up and put down in an hour. I did play the out of Valheim during covid, through. And although my sweaty shooter days are largely behind me, besides the occasional drunken COD session with friends, I did put in like 1k hours of

Counter-Strike: SourceGame back in the day.

Same haha I'm at a shameful number of hours for CS, largely due to crippling depression and binging during college. I'm just glad League doesn't hold my interest anymore. Sunk way too many hours into that one too.

I never got into League, but I've heard the same story about it from everyone haha. Sounds like an abusive relationship of a game

I mean pretty much lol At this point it's not worth getting into but back in the day it was almost life destroying.
