Overview
The magical cosmic energy "Taisu" flew into the ocean and merged with the toy girl in the crystal ball on the bottom of the sea, becoming a girl "Akira" who could move in the water. One day, Akira saved the girl who fell into the water while trying to retrieve her toy. In this way, Akira, who was also lonely, quickly became friends with her.
