Overview
On September 11, 2001, Steph gets rescued by Brad, who wore an orange tie. 20 years later, Steph still suffers from survivor's guilt and PTSD. To answer some remaining questions, Steph visits Brad's parents, Kevin and Patricia, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
