Overview
In a small Czech village lost somewhere at the end of the first great war, 9-year old Lisa misses the father who never came back. Her beautiful mother has fallen for new fiancée Jan, but Lisa can't stand the idea. Before the wedding, Jan tries magical little surprise to win her over. Suddenly magic turns into miracle, and Lisa feels something she hasn't in years -- hope.
