Overview
Vangelis grows up in poverty without knowing his father. With the help of Mr. Antonis, he becomes a folk singer and quickly establishes himself. He meets Elena and falls in love with her without realizing the truth, that her father, industrialist Nikos Vallidis, is also his father. When he learns the truth, he is deeply hurt.
