Overview

In the autumn of a life that has treated him very badly, Rogerio Rázuri, an old Lima boxer, merchant marine, film actor, and debt collector for a film production company, writes to a New York marriage agency in order to ask for a millionaire wife who can finance his invention: water skis "to walk on the water as if he were Jesus Christ" and with it earn a lot of money and thus achieve a more dignified life.
