This movie is a mess. This movie must've been written at gun point. The original games are full of whimsy and color instead we go a buddy "comedy" dressed at Blade Runner.
The rumor is that John Leguizamo and Bob Hoskins were both drunk during the entire shoot. That's really unfair because the audience should have been allowed to drink.

I saw this as a kid and thought it was bad but hilarious. I want to revisit it one day.
I was pretty entertained but knew it wasn't what I wanted. I watched it at least twice more at home when I rented it. I have seen worse but not by much...
