Mira learns from her mother that the reason for her disqualification lies much deeper than it seems: Garov is her biological father, who wants nothing to do with her. The unrecognized daughter of a world-famous grandmaster joins the fight for the title of world champion in order to defend her honor both as an athlete and as a daughter.
