Overview
Véra Cabral, an emergency psychiatrist, is called in to help Giselle Leguerche, who is incarcerated for murder. This inmate, who is about to be released and has had no previous incidents in prison, commits the irreparable by murdering a prison guard and taking a baby hostage. After resolving the situation, Vera Cabral is entrusted with the psychiatric evaluation of the inmate.
