Description
In a fog-choked, post-apocalyptic city, a scavenger named Clayton begins finding postcards carried in on helium balloons -- messages from a woman named Rita, holed up alone in an abandoned Costco. Told entirely through the handwritten fronts and backs of the postcards the two exchange, this short illustrated novel follows Clayton's search for Rita as their fragmentary correspondence pieces together what happened to the world, and to each of them.
