Meet Tiffemory Greenstone — a tooth fairy with bogus credentials and not much experience. However, while she sucks at the traditional parts of her job, she excels at finding lost children. It's a breeze when you can track a child down by swallowing one of their milk teeth. After her newest client's daughter is kidnapped, Tiff finds out she's not the only Outsider in the city. And in order to bring the girl home, one of them is going to have to go.
