It's well-paced and captures the plot beats as well as you can expect from an adaption. My only complaint is that I wish Nolan didn't have to make all of his movies so washed out and gray. A little bit of contrast never hurt anybody. Some may take issue with his modernization of the story's themes, but I don't mind as much. Adapting legends to the times kind of comes with the territory.

I would also go through all that for Anne Hathaway. Inversely, I too, would wait that long for Matt Damon. No bag of wind, nor big tree bed, but i'll let it slide.
