It's well-paced and captures the spirit of the story as well as you can expect from an adaption. My only complaint is that I wish Nolan didn't have to make all of his movies so washed out and gray. A little bit of contrast never hurt anybody.

Some may take issue with his modernization of the story's themes, but I don't mind as much. Adapting legends to the times kind of comes with the territory.
