God of War
“Being vastly different from its predecessors was the right choice. It does not ignore its past at all but uses it to tell a beautiful story about learning from your past to create a brighter future and raising a new generation to "Do better". Highly recommend. Great hack and slash gameplay with strong writing and characters”

Batman: Arkham Asylum
“Just replayed this on the steamdeck and it is so fun. The writing isn't as strong as the rest of the series which is just fine for being the first installation in the series. For any Batman fans, give it a play. Gameplay still feels crisp after all these years.”

R.E.P.O.
“Turn your brain off and laugh with your friends. Very fun time for weekend games with breskis and friends”

Marvel's Spider-Man
“God the writing. The writing is so good. Gameplay is so fresh and fun. Please play this game”

Palworld
“Great fun game for its price especially if you have that 2 week itch for a survival open-world game. This game is a blast with a surprisingly big world map that is full of pals and is great for Pokemon fans who have been craving more from Nintendo”

Baby Driver
“One of these movies where I enjoy it every time I watch. The characters are vibrant. Driving sequences are intense and fun to watch, soundtrack is killer”

Hot Fuzz
“I am a sucker for dumb humor and this movie is full of it. I laugh every time”

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
“ho-ly. shit.”

The Mask of Zorro

“The worst couple you know saw this film and took nothing from it.”

Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Review of Get Out

Explosions in the Sky
Explosions in the Sky always find a way to balance growth and staying true to themselves. It’s not easy for any band to do that, let alone a group that has been making music for 26 years. I’ve said as...

Deftones
“The one blemish on an otherwise stellar discography. A mess of ideas that don't work, mired in some of their worst sounding production. This is redeemed by only a couple of decent tracks - notably, Hearts/Wires, which is oddly one of my favorite songs they've written.”

Titan A.E.
“Right up my alley but I am pretty sure I as 1 of 30 or so people that saw this. Good animation, fascinating story, good voice cast. I think the story could have used another pass or two in the script writing stage. Fox Animation Studios apparently didn't advertise this out of fear it wouldn't be completed in the time table they allowed. This movie's failure ended the studio.”

The Penguin - Miniseries
“Wherein Tony Soprano starts a new life in Gotham after narrowly escaping death in Jersey”

The King
“Wonderful performances between Robert and Timothy. This movie to me was the beginning of the rise of two great actors that would become very prominent in the following years.”

One Piece - Dressrosa
“Pacing aside, One Piece has some of the greatest world building in modern history along with a very lovable cast (not you Usopp) . I can understand if this anime is not for you, but I think this anime stands on the top of pop culture above all other anime for a reason.”

HIM
“Movie that tries to be edgy and artsy but falls flat on its face”

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
“Second best needle drop in the trilogy”

Bugonia
“Trippy movie that gave me so much whiplash but the good kind of whiplash from a roller coaster. Lots of fun”

Mickey 17
“Slept on gem that was for the arts and not the charts”

TRON: Ares
“I hate Jared Leto”
