No Pressure
Logic
“I know that Logic as an artist gets a bad rep for being corny and at times I can agree. But I genuinely love this album. I connected with it and it got me through the worst bit of lockdown when covid hit. I know it isn't an album or genre for everyone, but I love it.”
Deadbeat
Tame Impala
“"Loser" and "Dracula" are enough for this album to get an A in all honesty”
Thank You, Happy Birthday
Cage the Elephant
“Ended up upping the rating for this one. I forgot some of the songs on this one. Cage the Elephant always seems to hit just right in the indie/alt rock genre. I'm here for it”
Shaun of the Dead
Edgar Wright
“Funny, clever, and still a genuinely great zombie movie. It has no business being this funny and this good of a zombie movie at the same time.”
V/H/S: Viral
Justin Benson
“Huge step away from the quality and formula of the first two VHS movies”
Colossal
Nacho Vigalondo
“This movie had potential, but it just never fully came together for me. The concept was interesting and different, but the story didn’t do enough with it to keep me invested.”
The Nice Guys
Shane Black
“One of the few movies where I will always live in delusion that one day, maybe one day, we will get a sequel. This movie is the pinnacle of buddy cop movies and I will watch it a million times.”
Berserk: The Golden Age Arc III - The Advent
Toshiyuki Kubooka
“I know that the animation is whack and I hope someday we do get a good adaptation of the source material (even though some of the more iconic scenes are done really good), but in terms of adapting the story and the voice acting, I really like these films. It is what got me reading berserk in the first place so these movies will always be special to me.”
You're a Man Now, Boy (Deluxe)
Raleigh Ritchie
“I really do love this album. Listened to it for the first time on loop back in 2017. Recently picked it up again and its just very chill its an easy listen and I love the blend of hip hop and soul this album accomplishes. Bloodsport, Never Better and The Greatest are my favorite on this album. If you like this genre I think it is worth the listen.”
Don't Breathe
Fede Álvarez
“This was one of my pandemic "I have the time to watch anything" movies. Great tension. Great kills and a twist or two you might not see coming. I wonder if this was made from an unproduced script. Something tells me this was written decades ago and they finally got around to making it.”

Sometimes you see a trailer and you just know a TV show or movie is going to be not just good, but feel tailor-made for you. That’s how I felt when I saw the True Detective trailer, with Alex Clare “W...
